Did you know that plastic bags were almost completely banned in NYC on March 1st, 2020? This is because they pollute the environment and are bad for the health of the fish in our waterways! But, plastic bags can be great for crafts. In this project, we are going to use whatever plastic bags we already have at home to make a PLOM-PLOM (a Pom Pom made of plastic bags).
